 Peanut Butter Cookies | Egg Less | Sugar Free | Healthy Fat | Life can feel hard sometimes but this easy recipe is sure to add a little sweetness to it and bring you a smile. It requires only six staple ingredients and just  20 minutes of your time. These cookies are egg less, rich in protein and fiber and loaded with healthy fats. Go on and indulge in them absolutely guilt free. INGREDIENTS 1 cup creamy  peanut butter 2 tbsp water/ coconut water   1/2 cup  coconut sugar / jaggery powder 1/2 tbsp baking powder 2 tablespoons - 1/4 cup coconut flour / peanut flour  1/2 cup cacao nibs / chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS Put all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl; mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into a greased baking dish. Actually, it's better to line the dish with parchment paper. I made one huge cookie but you can make a few small ones if you like.
